Creative leadership asks leaders to challenge the status quo and rejects oppressive and toxic systems. But that seems to be a tall order. How can leaders reject oppressive or toxic systems while still existing within those very systems?
For a true paradigm shift in leadership, we must also create alternative systems and structures within which these creative leaders can thrive.
